I've looked at two examples of billing blocks, from 'The Conjuring 2' & 'Gone Girl' and have found they're pretty consistent in terms of what appears on the billing and in the order in which they are positioned :




The first line of the billing block usually includes the :
PRODUCTION COMPANY

The second line of the billing block usually includes :
DIRECTOR
FILM TITLE
ACTORS

The third line of the billing block usually includes :
COMPOSER OF MUSIC
EDITER
CAST DIRECTOR
PRODUCTION DESIGNER
COSTUME DESIGNER
CINEMATOGRAPHER

The fourth line of the billing block usually includes :
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
PRODUCER

The fifth line of the billing block usually includes :
SCREEN WRITER
DIRECTOR
