A production company allows viewers to have a clear idea of the films that could be linked to them, therefore giving the audience a brief idea of the style and standard of an upcoming film. Looking at production companies will help me choose one suitable for our thriller.

Here are some production companies that would be appropriate for us to use in the production of our thriller trailer due to their marketing and distribution  :

WARNER BRO'S

When researching further into this company, I found that they have made a vast amount of films, including a multitude of thrillers such as :

    INCEPTION         THE SHINING   THE DARK KNIGHT

All of which are highly successful and recognised thriller movies. They too have a wide target audience making them very suitable for the trailer I will be creating.

PARAMOUNT

I found that Paramount is a successful American production company, highly associated with the thriller genre. Having created films including :

A QUIET PLACE  SHUTTER ISLAND  MISSION IMPOSSIBLE

Using this production company, viewers will be able to recognise other films made by paramount and therefore will be intrigued and know better what to expect when watching the trailer I will be producing.

UNIVERSAL PICTURES

Universal pictures is the worlds 4th major film company. It has been a highly successful production company over the century, winning numerous awards. Universal pictures is ranked 2nd best distributor. They have created films including :

AMERICAN PIE

                JAWS            THE MUMMY RETURNS

Through their very successful film making and distribution Universal Pictures would be extremely fitting to the trailer we will be producing.
