THRILLER POSTER 5 : SIDE EFFECTS

The final thriller poster I'm going to be analysing is from the movie Side Effects :

1. No direct eye contact is made between the characters presented on the poster, and the audience. However the eyes are significant as each character looks as though they are looking at each other.

2. The slogan : 'ONE PILL CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE' - is captivating and draws the audiences attention. It is in the white font, alike to the rest but it is larger in text than the credits, found above the title.

3. The cast is well known so their names are incorporated in the poster, in order to attract a target audience. 

4. The film title is in the centre of the page, larger in font than the rest of the text on the poster. This is so it stands out to the audience.

5. The central red cross is slightly translucent. Providing a backdrop for all the text included in the poster. In addition it gives the audience clues about the themes in the film (involves medicine).

6. The credits are in white text and normal font. The 

                                                                        release date is in bolder text making it more visible to 

                                                                        the audience.
